The updated Tesla Model Y is now appearing in Tesla showrooms across North America and Europe, giving potential buyers a chance to see the vehicle in person and explore its new features. This refreshed Model Y has a distinct design, setting it apart from the Model 3. While orders are open for the Launch Edition (which includes Full Self-Driving Capability and Acceleration Boost), deliveries are expected to begin in a couple of months.
Key exterior changes include a new front light bar and redesigned rear lights. The interior also boasts updates like new door panels and powered rear seats.
Currently, the updated Model Y is on display at 19 locations across North America (17 in the US and 2 in Canada). More locations are anticipated as production increases and the official launch approaches.
Europe
The refreshed Tesla Model Y is available for viewing at two permanent locations in Europe: the Mall of Berlin in Germany and Tesla’s Amsterdam Europe Headquarters. These locations are open to the public.
For those unable to visit these locations, Tesla is also showcasing the new Model Y at special events across Europe. A schedule of these events can be found on Tesla’s official Events List.
